This coffee has it all! 6 pieces
Preparation Irish Coffee
What a fabulous mixture: the unique flavour of genuine Irish whisky perfectly matches the aroma of strong,
hot coffee sweetened to your taste.
Ignite the burner
Warm a shot of whisky (approx. 30 – 40 ml / 1 oz.) in an Irish coffee glass which is placed on the stand over the ignited burner, turning the glass constantly. Ignite the whisky (optional)
Immediately top up the glass to 1 cm (approx. 1/2”) below the rim with hot sugared coffee.
Hold a teaspoon upside-down over the glass and carefully pour slightly whipped cream into the glass so that it floats on top of the coffee.
Do not stir! Sip the delicious warming drink through the cool cream

Burnt punch recipe
Ingredients:
3 bottles of dry red wine
1 bottle of 108 proof rum
2 each untreated lemons and oranges
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
1 sugarloaf
Preparing the burnt punch:
Wash the lemons and oranges in hot water and cut them in thin slices, set aside. Pour the rum into a bowl.
Pour the red wine into a pot, add cinnamon sticks, cloves, and citrus slices and heat on the stove.
Please note that the wine should not be allowed to boil!
Now place the sugar holder on the pot. Soak the sugar loaf in rum and place it onto the sugar holder.
Light the sugar loaf and keep pouring rum over it until the sugar has completely melted and dripped into the punch. Please use a ladle, do not pour the rum directly from the bottle onto the sugar loaf,
as it might ignite.
We wish you an enjoyable evening.
