The DOMO glass lid from SPRING rises like a dome above frying and serving pans. It is used for steaming or braising fish, meat or vegetables. With this gentle cooking method, flavor and aromas are fully preserved. Since the heat cannot escape, preparing food with the lid closed also saves energy. The glass lid is heat-resistant up to 250 °C, it has a solid stainless steel handle and fits tightly. The all-rounder fits all standard frying and serving pans.
